1. Agreement
Yato is operated by Doppi, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 37768, Dover, DE 19904, United States. By using Yato, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Yato.
2. Experimental service
Yato schedules the AI teacher Yato to join a dedicated Google Meet and continue a bounded 80/20 language lesson over time. Features, availability, capacity, limits, and pricing may change. Yato does not guarantee fluency, uninterrupted service, attendance during a technical failure, or any particular learning result.
3. Scheduling rules
Yato is the booking authority. A Guest chooses language settings and an email, and Yato schedules the first start approximately five minutes from the request. The invitation email is the sole Guest entrance. After completing that lesson, an eligible Guest may use the original Lesson Door to accept one return time offered between two and seven days later; Yato sends a new invitation email for that return. A paid learner chooses one plan, target language, local time, and IANA timezone. Routine creates twenty-minute lessons on learner-local Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Daily creates one twenty-minute lesson each local day. Yato may reject requests when the measured provider concurrency ceiling is full, or when a request is overlapping, abusive, or ineligible. Each lesson uses a protected Lesson Door; the underlying Meet URL is not public.
4. Changes, skips, and makeup
You may move one future paid lesson to an eligible slot, skip one paid lesson, or change the language, time, or timezone for future paid lessons through Yato. A learner move, skip, Missed lesson, or Completed lesson consumes that occurrence and does not create a balance. A technical failure attributed to Yato may create one makeup lesson that expires after seven days. Guest has no Calendar output. A paid Calendar copy is optional output; editing or deleting it does not change Yato.
5. Guest and paid access
Guest is free and permits one eligible five-minute lesson plus one eligible return lesson after the first is completed, subject to availability, capacity, safety, and abuse controls. A return lesson must be scheduled from the original Lesson Door; there is no third free lesson. Guest remains memoryless across both lessons and creates no Learning State or Relationship. Routine is $15 USD per month. Daily is $30 USD per month. Paid allowances do not roll over.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, schedule, and contact information. Do not use Yato to break the law, harm or harass others, bypass booking limits or security, interfere with the service, or generate unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or graphically violent content.
7. AI and third-party services
Yato is an AI language teacher, not a human. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your judgment and do not rely on Yato for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency advice. Authentication, storage, email, Calendar delivery, meetings, AI, realtime speech, payments, and hosting depend on third-party services whose terms may also apply.
8. Billing and termination
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. If you cancel at period end, eligible lessons continue until that period ends. Payment failure, pause, unpaid status, abuse, or termination may stop future lessons. You may stop using Yato at any time. We may limit or end access to protect users, services, or Yato, enforce these Terms, comply with law, manage capacity, or retire the experiment.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yato is provided “as is” and without warranties. Doppi, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Contact and changes
